I m a PA and he did not like me challenging him for more info .. he just wanted to be put through to our managing partner. Referenced a call last week (which did not happen!!!).

William from the refunds dept at something Dander (didn t catch the first bit. Knew my name. Reassured me it wasn t a sales call. Said I just needed to confirm two things. This number rings for two to three consecutive days. Online number search shows Canadian post a package delivery. I do not answer the call. It could be a scam or nuisance call.

Claimed I was owed money due to an old loan. I said they re mistaken, please amend their records, and hung up.

nFound it was a marketing company making scam calls.

Life Insurance Company. They asked for my address, I told them they phoned my, he said it does not work like that due to the data protection act. CALL ENDED BY ME AND CALL REPORTED.
