Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.
had a call from this number twice in 24 hours. telling me they had information about me working in the industry? when I questioned this the caller kept asking me to confirm my details, which I refused and got annoyed and hung up. SCAM - I am getting this number call daily. I answered it today and a woman with a heavy Indian accent, told me she was from the Technical Department at Sky. Her report told her that suspicious activity was happening with my Sky router, but she could help me. I asked how how that could be, given I don't have Sky.... the line went silent
