SCAM Received call about the 'free' medical alert system 'worth £200' with reply freephone given as 08000487800. The 01202159xxx number is probably 'spoofed' as it is in line with a string of calls received recently in the same number group, but the last 3 digits keep changing to avoid call blockers. The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. Not only do they offer wine club memberships and MCN motorcycle subscriptions, but also services from Hillary Blinds. Called me about 5 times before I picked up. Wine club offer in my case.
