Caller would not desist the call, was repeatedly told the call was not welcome - standard response was to repeat that I was unable to decline or have an opinion as he had not told me all about his product and had not yet been to his website.

I ve done some research on this number and found out that it is a call centre called RSVP, based in East London. Not only do they offer wine club memberships and MCN motorcycle subscriptions, but also services from Hillary Blinds. Called me about 5 times before I picked up. Wine club offer in my case. Unsolicited, annoying call.
They just talked to the answer machine saying for f sake no one in again.
