If you have a call from them you should call the number back and ask for James, the call centre manager and demand where they got your number from. SCAM - Called trying to say they were from Carphone Warehouse, challenged her and she still tried to sell me a phone, even when I said to her that this was just a scam and all she wanted to do was get my bank details. Amusing really. Told her to get a proper job and pay into society. Sad thing is is that they will get someone to buy into their scam who is vulnerable and/or elderly :(
