i ve received several calls from someone claiming to be from Windows Help Desk and also Microsoft. he gave me this number and said his name was Isaac and was in Leicester. as the number is withheld i cannot block.

Had this same blocked from over a year ago for similar attempted scams! Somehow he left a voicemail saying it?s ?Steven? from a golf course!! So obviously still at the scam game. Needs a good slap

Fraudulent - same pattern as other posts - asks for quote. Went into branch and paid a cheque in for much more than the order value then requested reimbursement of difference. We did not fall for it because we smelt a rat. Total scammers DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE

I can t really say that this number is NOT TRUSTWORTHY, as if you want a lower gas/electric tariff, it may just be in your interest to answer the call, but if you are happy with your supplier, just answer the fone & let them know that you are happy with your service & they ll take your name off the ring list. I couldn t understand much of what they were trying to say, on the 3 calls. Line with lots of cuts, so I didn t felt much comfortable with the call looking as some sort of scheme.
