I'm in West Yorkshire and this is one of the increasing landline robo calls, originating from the south of England, I've been receiving in November 2020. Where it rings, there's no one there if I answer and if it goes to voice message, no message is left. Each time this happens I add the number to my phones blacklist so it's blocked if they try again.

She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! A recorded voice indicates an outstanding tax issue. Asking you to press 1 to be connected. Failure to do so will result in a warrant for your arrest (on the grounds of tax fraud) being issued. Her Majesty's Inspector of taxes would not phone if there was an issue. They would write to you. They know your address, but fraudsters and scammers like this do not. Do not press to accept the call. if you do they will know the number is in use an probably sell your number on to more scammers.

I have a sunbed shop in Bacup OL13. I was given the telephone number off a referral and spoke with Jason. I was paying £2,147 per year. Jason and his team got me exempt. I got 2 years rebate (which was nice) and now I do not pay Rates to the Council until at least 2021. HIGHLY RECOMMEND
