SCAM / SPAM. Received call from this number claiming to be "The Preservation Advisory Service", saying that an article in the Telegraph had highlighted how additional home insulation could reduce air quality and that they offered a free air quality measurement service. When I asked which company he worked for, he said his manager would tell me after I had arranged a visit from them. I pushed for this and he hung up.

Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). She told me she was calling about an accident I d had for which I wasn t at fault. I asked her if that was in the BMW and she said "Yes I think so"...I don t drive a BMW and have never owned one! I have just had a call from this number from Natasha who purports that she works for an energy company re our loft insulation. When I said “stop right there, no no no” she shouted at me “you need to listen, I’m from the government “ and then she put the phone down on me!!! Makes me wonder which government!!
