SCAM. Yet another call from the same Manchester area which seems to be a major call scam area. Left no message as is typical of this sort of call from this area. The last call I had from this area with a similar number I answered and it was a recorded message telling me my NI number was going to be cancelled ...... I just closed the call as another scam. It is time telephone companies were held to account for all this misuse.

Received a call from this number tonight Nd on 2 other occasions in the last week. The man told me I was due an upgrade on my O2 mobile - he said he was calling from O2 but knew nothing about my phone and started asking about my bill payments to which I said you should know this information if you re calling from O2 at this point he got agitated and said he was trying to do me a favour, that I was being argumentative and unhelpful - I reminded him that he d actually called me and that I was not interested

Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. This is a scam - they claim to be HMRC (although he pronounced it HRMC!) and are asking for student tax to be paid. I told them that I am 16 and not working and therefore not eligible for tax. He - an Indian sub continent accented person - insisted I have to pay it until I informed him that I actually work for HMRC and this is a scam. He admitted it was and rang off. NOTE: I don't work for HMRC and I am not 16. BEWARE!!!!

Claimed to be from Carfone Warehouse, poor English spoken and when challenged as to why they were asking what mobile phone I had, they said, "Oh God ..." and hung up. Just to clarify, I am not God.
Caller said that she was calling from Amazon and checking that a payment (£400+) had been authorised by me. I did not respond and ended the call.

It comes up with a local number but that is not where they are calling from. They had my name and were maybe trying their luck to see if I had had an accident in the last 3 years. Each time they say they will take me off their database when I say I haven t.
An amount has been taken from my bank account with a name WeSeeZoos & this telephone number. I am unaware of authorise any amount to be debited from my account.

SCAM So rude on the phone asking me about social housing. I have had numerous calls from this number I have blocked all numbers and asked repeatedly to be taken off. The girl said "you don't even know what the call is about" I said can you take me off again she said "were just gonna keep calling you".
Theres a lot about this number on other websites. Its a scam so don t press anything just hang up.
SCAM. Got an automated message claiming to be from HMRC and said that I have a tax fraud case against me and if I don't press 1 to talk to the taxman, I will get arrested. Sounds like a scam to me.
