Called twice today by this number. The Silent Treatment! No sound, no voices. Very Irritating. I did phone KnowHow Service this morning but not at this number. I was told to expect a return call from their Service agent in 2-4 days.

Apparently they make money on you making a return call...don't ask me how but it sort of makes sense because everyone seems to have the same response.

I have received two calls from this number = who is it? Why are they calling as when I picked up the call there were a lot accents - talking and someone saying they were from MI...

I m so glad i Googled the number while talking to this lovely lady, yes all fair and well it might a great deal and for a worthy cause but I m already giving to my own choice of charity so was not prepared to risk 79.99 being taken from my account should i miss the cut off point or they take it earlier than stated. From looking the number up and finding all these comments saying Vanquis - i called Vanquis up asking why a debt collecting agency is harrassing me when I paid off any money oweing last year and wrote a letter of cancellation LAST YEAR! I dont even have a valid in date credit card with them - how could I owe money?! They obviously havent closed my account! These people rang me on 01782887349 about 6 months after I tried to use them for a quote. The caller could not pronounce my name correctly and I was unable to make out which Insurance Company she represented. She rang off when I used my "old fart" I can t hear you dear, routine. The company was in fact useful in that originally they informed me of "3" YES "3" to blame claims in my name. I now have none and it was a task to get in touch with the CUE Database people, the BBC, journalists and other insurers
