Said he was from bt openreach. I am not with openreach. He said my Internet speeds are slow. I said my boyfriend was openreach engineer. He started trying to guess his name and then called me Georgia. Which is not my name. His accent was not a British accent. Scam.

I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. She asked if I was someone by the name of Mrs.Wheeler, which I was not. " Dear ......, we ve detected unauthorized access to your PayPal account. Please log in at https://supportpaypal.net/ to unlock your account." I know full well my account is in fully working order, just wanted to share this with everyone

i have has several calls a day in the last couple of weeks from this "company" asking for someone ive never heard of,my landline is ex directory,when told this they say its the number they have been given for contact by this person,ive told them they are wrong,go check the address they have for this person,then check the electoral role for who lives at my address,,they replied with"we have no address for the client as it was done online,,what utter rubbish,ive had enough and im losing patience

I was called from this number with a recorded message saying my Internet would be disconnected due to illegal activity.. press 1 to speak with someone etc. This is clearly a scam and I hung up without selecting any options
