They was giving false names. I did not give any bank card details or any payment because this is a SCAM. Do not give any bank details, computer serial number, etc. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY INFORMATION OR THE INSTRUCTIONS OF CONNECTING YOUR SCREEN WITH THEIRS AS THEY WILL HACK YOU.

It’s a scam number. Got a call from this number telling me they have a discount for o2 members and asked for my o2 one time code to apply the discount.
Automated call voicemail left by an automated voice saying something national insurance number suspension and to contact this number to talk about the ‘case’. Haven’t a clue and think it’s a fraud call.

So a cold caller which I had thought was now illegal. Bad vibes. Don't divulge any details. He was pleasant enough but that in itself is a trick of the trade, and he as all scammers are thinking about there next bite. BEWARE.
