Someone speaking an Asian language called at 8am. When he realised I had answered he switched to English to tell me my broadband had been hacked. Asked the name of his firm - BT. Told him I would deal with it and hung up. Rang BT but the number was not theirs! how surprising. Number now blocked.

Another male anserwed and asked why I was phoning. , Isaid Iwas told to call because my internet was being used illegally. He then asked me to go to my computer. I asked who are you and what is this about. He hung up.. I realised it was a scam

Fraud/SCAM Pretends to be Revolut, they knew my name, home address and email address used with Revolut. Claimed my card ending NNNN was added to new device, tried to get more information. When I asked how do I know they are Revolut, they said I can check number at the back of the card. Wanted to confirm my last transaction - if I shared information they would be able to possibly attempt access recovery on my account. The caller number can be easily spoofed. Fraud Automated system that tells you your card has been used and to cancel it press a number to speak to someone. always inform your card's fraud dept when you get one of these calls, give them the details of the call including the phone number and the date/time of the call along with the number that you were contacted from so they can get it investigated.

I'm based in Queensland, Australia. These people have attempted to contact me on numerous occasions & are SCAMMERS/FRAUDSTERS claiming to be from the FINANCIAL CENTRE, a platform where Bitcoin is traded. They Stole approximately $50,000AUD from & there dodgy schemes & investments, they also stole in excess of $100,000 from a friend of mine. If anyone knows of these turkeys, please advise & i'll be happy to fly to London & destroy them.

I said that I didn't believe this was a genuine call, hung up and then called HMRC but couldn't get through. After an hour and half trying I gave up, but I don't believe they call people from mobile numbers and I know I don't owe anything.
