Hi, I got a text from this number (+44 311 46) which had my name on it and it’s from someone who I don’t know and the number I don’t recognise. May be dangerous but more times than not I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognise.

Part of the ongoing automated call scams. When answering the call, there is a split second blimp where the automated answer kicks in. Not even a human on the other end. Someone needs to trace the number to the property which rang it and cut their lines.

I was called this morning by a lady saying that she is from the pension office. She asked whether I had private pensions and whether it would be possible that somebody would see me face to face to go through my private pensions.
