Then asked how I was doing and when I replied they just hung up. HOW RUDE! Pity really, as I pride myself on keeping them on the line as long as I can.

I this is a search i made for Matalan in Newcastle upon tyne I pponed the number as i wished to speak to customer servie. A male voice spoke to me saying you have reached your credit please press one to make a payment, I dony have any credit withe matalan. I thought this was a bit fishy so i blocked the number. then i asked my husband to phone the number from his old Nokia phone. the reply was. got a strange phone call from this number. It was almost like an automated message deliverer talking about an unsigned packaged. Believe it was just a scam caller.
