SCAM Seems to be a call center as noisy line. Tried to obtain bank details etc under false pretences, alleging an engineer from BT has detected problems on my home landline and that without rectification I could incur £+ costs but if remedial action is taken quickly charges may be reduced. I asked for their engineer and departmental details but got nowhere so advised would call BT myself and the caller rang off. One for OfCom and other authorities. Avoid giving any caller your PIN or bank details unle
Rang my house saying they calling from frontline servers. The Indian sounding caller told me my name, phone number & address and asked me to confirm if they re correct. I asked who am I confirming it with and why do they need to know and he said I just need a yes or no he s from frontline savers and they are just doing a telephone verification. I said no and hungup
Finally received payment, however we had to instruct another solicitor to start winding up and they paid up an hour before we were going to issue court papers. My guess is they think most people will not be bothered or do not want to lose more money. These people disgust me, I bet they cant walk down the street without looking over their shoulder, how do they sleep !!!!!

This is the 2nd call i got in as many days. Its a young girls voice telling me they have been informed i was in a traffic accident. The penny dropped on the 2nd call that it s a very clever RECORDING of a girl!!! This is a first for me and I am 100% sure it wasn t a real person but it does sound convincing. The long pauses and style of speaking gave it away. BLOCK THIS NUMBER.

I received two calls from them yesterday, they hung up.....got a call today, picked it up immediately and a chap said he was from Ideal World....having seen the comments here he asked to speak to me. I said "hold the line, I ll get her for you" Then left him hanging on for 15 mins.....went back, he was still there, I said "hold on I ll get her for you" left him another 15 mins...then I hung up hahhhhaa......if you don t put the phone down, they can t use the phone until you do apparently?
