Received a call from 07520648939, claimed to be from a finance/stock market company- very strong foreign accent. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up. Probably a scam and I have blocked the number now

SPAM Although this call comes up as being from Southampton; it is not. Both my husband and I have had this call several times. On examination, the very nice lady called Jenny said she was calling from South East Asia. I was polite to her and asked that we are taken off he calling list as these continous calls were an absolute nuiscance.
Her name is Fakre and she reserved manicure procedure in a beauty place in Bulgaria and for the second time she is not coming. So she is a lier, do not trust this number!

SCAM FRAUD Scammer claiming to be from Starling. He will try to get you to approve a high value transaction, he tried £751. I used him to check if my info actually was leaked and then I rejected the transaction and cancelled my card lol. Pretty funny call, although dangerous to those who aren’t very IT literate. Fraud This number was used to attempt a PayPal "fake payment invoice" scam/fraud. My customer received a fake PayPal receipt for Bitcoin and the "support" number they gave prompted multiple callbacks from this number. They will "refund" a bigger amount than the invoice says, then plead with you to get the overpayment back. Once they have your cash, the original "refund" vanishes from your account. Be warned!!

SCAM Automated voice claiming they are about to charge you £80 for a renewed Amazon Prime subscription, hoping that you'll opt to talk to a sales rep who will then try to extract your account information from you.
A man with an English accent told me his name, but I don't remember it. I was told that the call was from y local energy consultancy and I was asked if in the past I had used the Government scheme for installing fibreglass in my loft. I said I hadn't used the Government scheme and I did have loft insulation that was installed and then boarded over. I tried to say that I wasn't going to allow the boards to be lifted and he talked over me to say that he wasn't interested and he hung up.
Caller said he was Liam from Carphone Wharehouse, then he hung up. All I said was 'hello'!
