Raj called and said it was about the accident I had last year, said I d filled in a form asking for a callback. (I haven t). I asked him to remove my number. Very aggressive. Told me there d be a charge to remove my number from their database(!) and when I told him there would be no such charge, he said unless I give one good reason his 500 colleagues will continue to call until I cooperate. I told him that the reason was OFCOM and the response was What s what? Laughable.
SCAM / SPAM offering me a new phone with unlimited everything from 'carphone warehouse'. Kept them on the phone for 10 minutes feigning interest and then told them my name was Ura Scammer. Got told i was a F****** idiot! Haha.

Spoke to the call guy - free assessment. Will give quote for windows but will not put pressure on to buy. Two phone calls - one confirming visit. After calls, googled the company. Lots of very negative reviews of loss of deposits. Looked at both duedil and companies house and both state they have been ordered to wind up and they are in liquidation. Call centre The caller said he was from Lifestyle habits, and then proceeded without breath to try to ask me questions about my habits. He was clearly reading from a script and was not open to questioning about why he was asking the questions, he just carried on talking saying I wasn't listening to him. Eventually he hung up on me. As far as I was concerned this could have been a Phishing call. In reality it was probably just a nuisance survey type of call.

Be very carefull. Scammers are using this number in text messages to appear to be genuine BT enginers. Rather worrying as they appear to be organising a home visit. They are not BT.
