Called by an Asian gent who eventually answered me (suspicious already) said he was a technician calling from some company or other (couldn t resolve company name) and said I had something wrong with my computer updates. It is a spam number form Addison James Surveyors who are trying to get your business details for unknown reason but who are very rude when you try to get them to confirm any of their details.

Three times they have called me ..... Wanting to know what brand of washing machine I have .....? What business is it of theirs? Who knows. Can hardly understand the caller

Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them.

Got call this morning at 10.33 . Did nt answer it as I suspected as much. TPS needs to get their finger out and sort firms like this out. "Pevert the course of Justice offence?" Sad bit is it ll be a UK law firm who are most likely bank rolling it.
