As I am a Housing Rights Worker for Shelter, I am well aware of how to get repairs actioned. They went silent when I explained this. Said he was called Jack from BT Business Head office and he could do me a better deal than by Local BT Business office. Jack, you seem to be the only person working for BT Business as you are the only person making these sales calls, for such a large business!!. I don't believe this is BT as you can see in other searches Jack seems to be the only person making these calls, probably to gain information about your business. He didn't get any from me. Fraud Pretending to be an epidemic prevention center, claiming that I had not been contacted for several times, and then asking me to press 9 to transfer to human service. There is no specific information provided in the middle, nor any explanation. I have received many calls from robot who ask me to press 9 under this circumstance, all of which are fraud.
Asian voice called me claiming to be from EE, offering 40% off charges. I could see it was an Inverness number so said I didn't believe he was from EE, at which point he said I could fcuk myself! Number now blocked.
