These people rang me on 01782887349 about 6 months after I tried to use them for a quote. The caller could not pronounce my name correctly and I was unable to make out which Insurance Company she represented. She rang off when I used my "old fart" I can t hear you dear, routine. The company was in fact useful in that originally they informed me of "3" YES "3" to blame claims in my name. I now have none and it was a task to get in touch with the CUE Database people, the BBC, journalists and other insurers

When you do answer a call quickly there s sometimes a delay in them answering, meaning they are multi calling at the same time. Over polite conversation never quite getting to what they want. Unknown to me - not answered and no voicemail left. I remain suspicious until I know more. Very similar to known spam numbers.
Called twice. First time line was silent. The second time 'Chris' telling me he was from an energy efficiency agency and my loft insulation was insufficient. He said that I could have a fee government survey. I told him I had a had a loft conversion, and there was no such thing as a government insulation survey. He hung up. Definite scam.
