SCAM / SPAM also have alternate london numbers. have blocked a few and then get called by a new one. have been adding the numbers to tru callers spam database so if you have the app they should get blocked automatically.

I told them i don t own car or even have a licence (which is true) they said not even as a passenger, told them No. They apologised and said they update system. I answered the call and got someone on the other end breathing or sighing before hanging up...unprofessional in my opinion. Obviously to do with paypal. Got negative on my account due to idiot buyers on ebay and ebay themselves being bigger idiots.
Knew it must be a cold caller, but answered anyway. Timid newby on the other end said "Hello, am I speaking to Mr....." and then hung up when she realised she could pronounce my name. Hope the Obergruppenf?hrers she works for were listening in and fire her - thereby saving her soul...

received the same message as the other people posting here, asking to call 0844 571 5190 and quote exactly the same reference number: 778660. Since we all know that this is a big scam designed to rip off unsuspecting people, I fail to see why the police cant shut these people down - or better still why they cant administer a ?500.00 fine to the number, which they would have to pay to their service provider.
