Someone from this number attempted to defraud me by pretending to be a relative needing cash to repay a debt.
I do not know this number and they did not leave a message, guess it is a scam number.
Silent call - rang early morni9ng and when I picked up there was no voice, nothing. I said hello, but there was no reply - said it again and then the line went dead. Few people use our landline these days, and only numbers we recognise (family and friends) so I suspect this was spam.
Some Nigerian sounding bloke claiming to be from some sort of housing association in a completely different area of the country to that in which I live. Told him to bugger off and blocked the number.

The day i was scammed was thesame day i lost my daughter, i was totally destroyed emotionally for 3 month. i didn't have a dime left in my bank besides my credit. all my life savings was cleared from my bank by some investment scammers which i shared my banking details with. the police and the bank only filed a report and closed the case, i was left all alone to suffer it and i can swear it was a living nightmare. Automated call, when I answered it simply said 'Goodbye' and rang off. I'm guessing that no call centre operative was available at that moment to handle a call made by automated software. Or it noticed a TPS opt out.

SCAM Robot Dialer, with recorded piffle about being from "VISA" and trying to confirm a £300 payment to Amazon and an International Money Transfer of £1000. eventually got an Indian speaker who was qute surprised when i asked her for the Passcode. Then hung up. Tried to report to Action Fraud, but they are only interested if you have lost money, and it is by Email or to a Mobile Number.
Purporting to be British Telecom but asking me for my information

recorded message saying my card had been used today for suspicious payments of £300 and £1350 today. Then asked me to press 1to cancel payments and a couple of other options. I terminated the call. Obviously a fraud/scam as no indication of which card was involved.

This number me twice
01997 617229 called me around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. A guy with an Indian accept was speaking, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. If you call back, it says "welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options in the menu connect you to anyone.
