Silent call - caller hung up after I’d answered, sounded like it might have been in a call centre
SCAM automatic message saying that there is a tax charge under your name if you don't press one you'll be arrested shortly! Called back again and a guy answered - obviously not from HMRC.

called stated department of Visa, £900.00 being taken out of my bank account for online shopping. Did not speak to caller. just ended call. as a person in their eighties find this frightening.

WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.

Fraud Left a computerised voicemail claiming that my Amazon account had been compromised, and that a refurbished iPhone had been ordered, costing over £300. Message was threatening to close my account if I don’t press 1, to speak to ‘Amazon primes fraud department’. Funnily enough, there’s no order on my account!
