Initially claimed to be from sky checking whether we were on the right tariff, after being challenged then said he was from UK tariffs. Cannot find any information on-line about this company. We just declined and hung up as sounded dodgy.
Fraud Called pretending to be instructed by an United Kingdom Insurance Limited. He spoke very convincingly and was stubborn that the call was "not out of the blue" that he was instructed to call me because they had to transfer funds to me in relation to driving accident that was not my fault. Fraud purport to be BT openreach and after prolonged instructions on front of computer ask to download and run "anydesk" which is legitimate software but not in the hands of these con artists.

Scam. Said they were from sky and I may have offers, tried to get me to have fibre broadband. I stupidly gave my address, email etc. Just contacted sky & it appears that it’s not one of their numbers. There’s a recording if you ring the number back that does say it’s a recording on behalf of sky. Just be careful not to give any details.

SCAM - I received a call from this number. On answering, was an automated message saying that two transactions including one from Amazon had been attempted on my card. One for £300 and one for over a thousand pounds. Checking my bank shows no such attempts. This is a brazen attempt at Fraud.
Fraud Rating 4: it's an automated line claiming to be from credit card security (no card company named) about two transactions not placed on my card before £300 Amazon and £1100 on international transfer, says if you did not make these transactions press 1... I just hung up
