Constant calls during the last 3 days i pick up and the line goes dead im getting really annoyed now

Phonecall from local-ish number(Chesterfield) said it was Jenny from the Hearing Centre and that she understood I previously worked in a noisy environment. I said No and she promptly hung up - didn t get to ask whether she had the right person or where she got my number from. I use a different number for work yet this came on my personal mobile and so work related calls wouldn t call me on that. Probably Claims call

Female robotic voice saying my Amazon Prime account is due to be updated at a cost of £79. I put the phone down at this point as I don’t have an account wit Amazon.

Called on my landline at 11.30am with message about PPI refund and asking my bank details. Obviously a scam.

Asian accent compensation waiting for me for car accident. Haven t had one. told him this then he spoke in some foreign language for a while before insisting that I had compensation waiting for me, hung up.fy778

highly intelligent scam. claimed to be offering me insurance for just over £300. asked be to look through bank statements and said they would send be information through the post. didn't fall for it. avoid at all costs

I received a call this afternoon from David from London Police Station informing me that fraudulent transcations are taking place in my account (approx. ?3100) and it would be best for me to relocate my funds into safe keepings. Does this sound strange to anyone else? I said righto mate, "I expect that you will take care of it for me then." - Not a believer.

Obviously a call center, some one with an Indian accent with the name of Paul from a company called BTC, didn't give him much chance to say anything else before I hung up,,...
