Called twice today and left blank message on answerphone.
Told me he was from Windows but when i challenged him he told me he was getting very angry with me and wanted to use slang words. Then told me he needed money and I should give him some as people like me are rich because the government gives me money. Got even more aggressive when I said no . I asked him where he was from and he said South Africa !!Could have been really scary for old person

I was called today by this company and found out who they were (on here). I promptly phoned their 0845 number and requested that they remove me from their database. I explained that I had caller preference and threatened to report them to Ofcom. The interesting thing is that they asked me if I knew a certain person (who they mentioned by name). This person was clearly the person they were chasing for the debt but I had never heard of her. They state on their website that they are they work ethically, honest

SCAM got called saying internet provider was going to shut down the internet within the next 24 hours due to illegal activity and had to contact them to sort it out by pressing 1. Didn't state any details of the company calling or who was my internet provider.
