cold calling - trying to sell services for business rates reduction - lady was very pushy, rude, would not listen when I said that we were not interested. Latest release - Luke Ballantyne was listed as a Director of HML Consultants but resigned in November 2019, with Sarah Aldrige appointed as a Director in the same month. Ballantyne is listed as a Director of 'Home Cover Group Limited' yet another company offering extended warranties for home appliances. Their telephone number is 0333 2125609. There are a few postings already online indicating this is a further scam. When they call they imply you already have extended warranty cover with them and are asking
Phoned me and an Indian sounding lady told me she was from BT openreach about my broadband but on the line she called I don't have internet and I have no internet with BT at all so I put the phone down, be careful I think they want your details.
Rang and after one ring it stopped. I suspect this number is being used to ring numbers to identify if they are in use. Every number that it successfully rings at least once is then added to a list to sell to scum bags for dodgy telemarketing purposes. Utter scum. Block it if you can.

I had a phone call from this number on my mobile. It was a recorded message saying that the message was from HM revenue and that my name is involved with a fraud investigation.
