Part of the ongoing automated call scams. When answering the call, there is a split second blimp where the automated answer kicks in. Not even a human on the other end. Someone needs to trace the number to the property which rang it and cut their lines.

It is different to other numbers used by Labour when, say, trying to get money from me.
