Missed call rang back always has a busy tone any ideas?

These people are phoning me from 8.30am until late at night, asking if im me and going through security questions to verify who i am. I tell them ive already spoken to someone but i have to go through the same old crap four or five times a day. unhelpful, rude, annoying, unsolicited calls to number(s) already registered with TPS (I ve escalated a formal complaint via TPS). When I returned the call, I too got the answering machine "this number can t take incoming calls" so called them on 0800 069 9303. they confirmed that they re Debt Masters Direct but wouldn t tell me how they got my number or why they were ringing me. would not say exactly why he was calling, would not leave a number, kept talking about charges on an investment but wouldn t elaborate. I m a PA and he did not like me challenging him for more info .. he just wanted to be put through to our managing partner. Referenced a call last week (which did not happen!!!).

Indian sounding man insisted I was paying domestic & general too much for domestic appliance insurance. Told him I do not have or want appliance insurance and hung up.

Save it to Contacts and name it Nuisance or something more appropriate. When it rings you will know not to answer it. If you ignore it enough it will stop.

Caller claimed to be fron accident investigation unit and wanted to know about an accident to someone on my phone number. When asked where he got the information he said the road safety authority. This is an authority in Ireland dealing with Irish roads. I an in England!!

Call me professionally often unknown numbers so I went off even with this. Unfortunately, was launched directly. Even with further calls was always in the mood. So I let it ring and also left no message.

Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.
