SCAM. Yet another call from the same Manchester area which seems to be a major call scam area. Left no message as is typical of this sort of call from this area. The last call I had from this area with a similar number I answered and it was a recorded message telling me my NI number was going to be cancelled ...... I just closed the call as another scam. It is time telephone companies were held to account for all this misuse.

Calls keep coming and when I answer caller hangs up
Knew my name and said they were from “my local bank” and wouldn’t say which bank. “Security questions” needed answering to reveal which bank. Load of scamming, conning nonsense and when questioned they threw a paddy. Horrible, horrible people.
The person knew my name and address BUT the wrong postcode - it was way off! As I said it was the wrong postcode they asked me for mine which I refused to give and told them as they had the wrong information I was not the person they needed.
Platinum weeks. Timeshare scam. Had a call from a different number from them earlier this week. On looking these numbers have only been on the go recently. If they were legit and had been on the go for 20 yrs like she and their website states there would have been more searches. Legit companies don't change their phone number every few months!

Suspected SCAM - Automated dialer and computerised voice talking about Amazon subscription.
This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and has called us over and over to the point of harassment. He has been told that we wont put his call through to the person he wants to speak to as they don’t want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through, then sits mimicking me down the phone line and finally he leaves the line connected so nobody else can call us. The number even though a local number (0203 655 7035) has connections to India and the guy speaking has an Indian accent.

Fraud SPAM SCAM SCAMMER - They fake the number then say they're calling from O2 to give a 40% discount for getting a good customer because I pay my bills on time, but couldn't tell me my name, when the bills are, wouldn't accept any other form of ID. I knew straight away they were scammers so washed their time for 15-20 mins asking why the text "they" had sent told me not to give them the code they wanted.
