Rang me today offering advert in some local police in community trust booklet (Chester is 180 miles away from Beds). Then offered 10% discount if will pay immediately via phone giving them credit card details.

Called today and ulikely to originate from the UK based on the poor line. The person kept using my first name (i.e., Mr A***). rang three times and rang off immediately when I queried. I tried to ring back and was told to select between 1, complaints and enquires, and 2, to have detials removed. I pressed one and was held for 3 mins before the line went dead. that happened twice.
