I had this company first phone me for a Tv license debt which was paid and now a paypal debt which I was scammed from and paypal has not helped me at all! I suspect they re genuine however I don t know a lot about them

I answered and a English lady in what sounded like an office like background noise explained she was calling from the Advisory centre or service. The person knew my name and address BUT the wrong postcode - it was way off! As I said it was the wrong postcode they asked me for mine which I refused to give and told them as they had the wrong information I was not the person they needed.
