Fraud Automated system that tells you your card has been used and to cancel it press a number to speak to someone. always inform your card's fraud dept when you get one of these calls, give them the details of the call including the phone number and the date/time of the call along with the number that you were contacted from so they can get it investigated.

This is fraud call. Ria Durms pretend to call from three mobile. and her supervise used fake name "David" and try to speak in British accent but I can clearly figure out that he is an Asian guy. Also, they are asking for Full name, Date of birth, Address & Bank detail. I gave fake name and they verified it as they have record in their system which proves that the call is fraud.

Contact us if this was NOT you via, 0333 339 4872”. Apparently both numbers in France. FFS fed up to the back teeth with scammers - LPA for my mum who has been scammed out of thousands of pounds. SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

Caller apparently calling from Currys selling very cheap mobile phones. They hung up when I pointed out they had called a work phone, so probably a scam.
