Caller seemed to know account details but thought that we were still using our Vodafone phone from 4 years ago.Is it a scam?

Pulled the plug out of the wall... Anyone starting a Class Action against Lloyds, sign me up!

Debt collector. Had been receiving calls daily. Finally answered and they asked for my address and dob! Hung up and did research on the company. Called them back as I didn t think I had any debts. Gave them my details, but they had my old address. Confirmed that. Called at 14:45hrs 27/08/2015 Started to ask questions he already knew. I reply with your number has called me 6 times at least this week and I requested him to take my number of their call list I reminded him that the call was been recorded he tried to get me to hange up I kept on the line until he put the phone down

called asking if I had been in a car accident, when i said no i got a reply of "why are you wasting my time" and then they hung up

Caller didn t introduce herself. Said I had been in a non-fault accident. Said that was incorrect so she said very in a very morose tone that I d be removed from database and hung up on me. Asked where she was calling from and she wouldn t answer nor would she say how she got my number. She didn t even know my name so how she thought I was in an accident I don t know.

Scam - they pretend to be from department of work and pensions and threatening legal action "your national insurance number has been used for fraud..." etc

It's a accident claims company, i've asked them to remove my number but they still call at least 3 times a day, i use truecaller on my mobile and it blocks them.

Many repeated automated messages of low quality, on my work phone, asking to call this number. I have had no dealings with the company in the past, and have no debts. Spam at the least, possibly a scam.
