Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131). My partner wasn't happy to confirm security information for an unsolicited call though and they were happy to end the call requesting we call them. Just logging what other sites have identifed them as
SCAM - says washing machine service contract is about to expire, but I don't have the brand of machine they quoted and I don't have a service contract. They hung up on me after I queried it. Probably would have asked for fraudulent payment for service extension.
