This number called me up to ‘follow up’ after a fraud attempt on my Revolut card. I had actually contacted Revolut as I had another scam call the day before (definitely linked to this one) attempting for me to give a code to add my card to their Apple Pay. Female caller with an Asian accent rang from this number twice today. Said she was from Benefits UK. I asked who Benefits UK is, and she replied "A company", and wanted to ask me some questions, which would only take a couple of minutes. I replied that I do not answer questions over the phone, and she hung up. A couple of hours later, the number rang again, and my daughter answered. She told the caller that our number is ex directory and that we are TPS registered. Again, the caller hung up.

This came as a text message saying you passed the credit check for ?800, we need to transfer it to your bank account ASAP, and then a link provided to cash-directuk.net for them to transfer money. A SCAM , please don t give bank details to these people I never applied for any loans at all.

its a automated call centre offering as they say interesting offers. This number is now blocked.

They call and hang up - then when you call them their opening line is "Are you responding to a missed call" Not even a hello - obviously their business model requires curiosity of the caller to find out who called, then they try to trap you into getting a boiler and loft insulation that are apparently part of the greendeals fund run by the government - you can do this yourself without someone taking a cut if you really want. Just another PPI type firm.
