Fraud. I was called by this number by someone pretending to be from Trend Micro internet security. he was foreign and said he wanted to give me a £299 refund. he then asked me to download a screen sharing software (anydesk.com). I refused and hung up, but he knew my name and email address.
Said it was from BT. My internet will be turned off. Gave instructions to press 1or2 . SCAM I'm with Virgin.
