When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." It then plays music while caller holds. Long wait times, if you get connected to the agent. This seems to be a growing trend with different numbers continually changing. Potential fraud or scam.

SCAM Claimed she was "'Yennifer' from 'Wirgin' media technical department"! Woman had very 'thick' 'Indian'-style accent. She said "oh, oh, oh," when I said I was busy & I would ring Virgin later. Claimed to be from some charity representing Noah’s Ark charity. Started going through the script about Covid, strange times, struggling for funds etc. Before he got the point where he asked me for a donation, I told him that If I wanted to donate to a charity of my choice, I would do it myself. I would not be doing it over the phone to a complete stranger claiming to from a charity. Probably a scam.

Have received the same message from these scumbags, from same number even though my mobile is registered with TPS. Have reported it to Vodafone VSPAM 87726 and they have logged it as a SPAM sender. That generally means I will not receive any more SPAM from that number (need to be a Vodafone customer to do this).

Got the same call last week at the same time, a woman asking me about the car accident I d had... I told her I was disabled and couldn t drive a car and that she should be ashamed of herself..obviously doesn t bother them! Do they actually get any business from these calls??
