Complete scam do not pay them or call them they will promise you work but nothing happens, just keep cancelling and asking for more money which was willing to give but stopped believing them. Scam Recorded message saying that a £600 transaction from a foreign country had been blocked by "your bank" the message did not name a specific bank. It was also a requirement for me to press 1 to discuss, which I didn't. The call dropped after 20 seconds. I have checked my banking and no such transaction appears to have taken place. Be careful out there people.
