called where i work this morning. Really rude man on the line telling me he wants to find hidden commission in our utility bills. when i said our accountants are on with doing it he cut me off and said they wont be getting what he can get us. would hardly let me speak and when i could he corrected me every time although i was repeating what he had said. in the end he said "what a rude person" and hung up. dont answer to them it will be scam.

I received a phone call on my landline from a female caller, Asian accent, purporting to be from Google. The caller asked if I had received the warning messages they had sent to my computer. I was informed that these were not emailed messages but were in my computer and that if I was in front of my computer the caller would show me where to find them. I then attempted to terminate the call the caller said that if you chose to ignore this call you will be deregistered from Google. I terminated the call.
Call received on my landline, purportedly from Amazon regarding renewal of my Prime membership. Instructions to press 1 if I wanted to cancel membership. I hung up without pressing any numbers. I do not trust phone calls like this. Possible scam.

SCAM, voice generated message claiming to be from the HMRC and that a fraud case has been created against your name. If you don't press #1 a warrant will be issued for your arrest.. then it hangs up. Comedy SCAM but could worry the more venerable in society.

This number was used by John Raph on a fraudulent website with a fraudulent email address claiming to be the HR manager of a real UK company offering jobs to overseas workers - at impossibly high rates of pay. The offers of repaying costs for visas and travel was obviously not real. The website was taken down within 3 hours and the email account blocked within 11 minutes.
Silent call. Called and rang off immediately. I have had calls before from a similar number.

Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. a lot of calls from numbers which start like this. trying to sell me a phone which I dont need, simply they are after bank details. sadly its difficult to block as they are using a system which uses different number endings.

Had a few calls from this number over the past month. Decided to answer today and a foreign sounding female asked me if I d worked in a noisy factory as they could help me claim compensation for hearing loss! Said no I hadn t and she put the phone down on me. Nuisance call.
