The chap normally gets very aggressive repeating to me over and over that I am owed PPI from my bank. I just kept asking the nature of the call and what the name of his company. An Asian voice, poor English spoken, said they were from Open Reach, and needed to check my modem. They made a give-away mistake as they got my internet provider wrong. This is the third call over the last 10 days, saying the same thing. But I didn't make a note of the number until the third time they called, which was today at 4.30 pm.
