When called there is an American voice recorded message "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line & you will be transferred to next available agent..." I had a text this morning saying my T-Mobile contract is up for renewal asking me to call this number. Obviously didn t, then had a call from them which I ignored. Problem is, I renewed by T-Mobile contract with EE two months ago. Doh.

Called twice today, 2nd time answered: asked for my partner by name & claimed to be from People's Energy who are our energy supplier and are based in Edinburgh so that matches the area code (0131).
