Had the same as Judit when trying to call back after missing the call, which first showed up as an 0113 number in Edinburgh. Rang again today on this number and I answered: Indian guy with thick accent saying I had a car on finance in the last 8 years. Obviously this applies to most people. I just hung up. This occurred the day after listing my car for sale, so it's obviously a scam targeting those selling cars on Gumtree or Autotrader. I doubt they could tell you anything about yourself if you asked.
No-one one spoke when I answered. Then called again twice, but it stopped before having the chance to answer.

This guy claims to a decorator may be he is, Nevertheless he hacks into peoples phones especially women, he must get some sort of kick out it. Be mindful if you receive a meme or messages via WhatsApp from him, suggest you delete it straight away and block him. Call from this number alleging to be a court enforcement officer regarding an unpaid advertisement debt. Definitely fraud and reported to Action Fraud and police. Tried to get over £2000 from me. This is a number that is in a series of numbers from 0843566xxxx on rotation that I have been blocking for 3+ years. It’s clearly cold calling for insurance as I have answered a call however most calls ring 3 times before ending the call. Very difficult to track. And every time you block one number, another variation of the first 7 numbers appears a few days later. Very annoying. Very frustrating.
