The point of the scam is to find gullible people who will believe what they say. They are crooks who once they find a victim will ask them for personal details and /or credit card/bank details "So we can proceed with our refund to you" They then commit identity fraud or empty your bank account. The lady I spoke to was extremely polite and friendly and offered me a ?6 discount a month on my home Broadband package PLUS 1500 minutes Anytime mobile minutes a month. I was paying ?6 a month more for landline calls only so a great saving. If you are a loyal EE customer I advise people to answer this call
