This number rang my 84 year old mother and told her that her boiler warranty is about to run out (her boiler is very old and as far as she knows she s never had a warranty on it.) They persuaded her to sign up for a new warranty and she gave her bank card details. I m going to take her to the bank tomorrow to find out how much they took from her card. SCAM / SPAM Number called me saying a federal case was being mounted against me? I pressed 1 to continue and had a woman with Indian accent on the phone with clearly a cal centre in the background. She asked how she could help me to which I replied, "I don't know, you called me!" Then she hung up on me.
Supposed to be from Sky to say problems with my broadband. Voice from downtown Mumbai!! Wanted to know how many devises were being run. Asked me to log into a sight which showed about 6 error messages. Asked me to hold whist I was transferred to someone dealing with my “account”. Then put phone down and switched my lap top off.
