Attempting to pull a bank scam , so called “bank security” Hang up!

I have been called twice by this number in the last week. They knew my name and wanted confirmation that they were speaking to me which I refused to answer until they confirmed ...

Rang long enough to trigger a voicemail but when listened to, it was as if they put diwn straight away. On researching seems to be linked to a telefone company but can t find any further details.

I was in the shower when they rang, had to rush to the phone, only to find they were wasting my time trying to get me to buy some stuff I don t need, by this time the water was still running and I m on a meter! Also my towel got soaked so I was unable to dry myself properly after the shower

A very aggressive and rude call from Cancer Research wanting money. When told not to call again he said that only the person he was looking for could request that. I ve now blocked the number on my Truecall.co.uk box, he ll never get through again from this number.

Scammers pretending to be EE, SOME CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER ARE REAL, others are just number spoofing to pretend to be EE

I was getting calls daily from 01782401123 which I ignored. Research showed it was Advantis a know Telephone pest. They are now trying new tactics with thier new number 08448241820. If I have a debt, which I dont, then write to me, oh i forgot you cant because I dont answer the phone and give you any details. Advantis you can do one will be reporting this number as I have done with the other to ICO and Ofcom.

mobile keeps receiving these calls .my mother is near death so i keep rushing to answer ..they dont care the trouble they create

Same story. About a road accident I had but caller was from Liverpool and they used an 01462 area code. Trying to get me to claim for unnecessary whip lash etc, I suspect. Blocked.
