Had several calls from this number over the last few days, every time i answer the phone they hang up. I've tried ringing the number but it says the number is not in use.

Claimed to be a from a national claims body checking that Car Insurers were doing their job properly. Knew my name car model and registration-said he resented my remark that it was another scam call from them.

This is the same company "CA services" or "C A Services" that his mate calls from. They share the same phone scrambler which generates these random numbers....

Recorded message, starting dear valued BT customer, hung up sounded suspicios, probable scam.

Missed the call but its an obvious suspect number. Voicemail sounded like a busy call centre in the background. Blocked it either way.

It's 06 Vauxhall, they've been calling incessantly to try and get me to book my service and MOT with them.

Accident claims fraud ("we ve been informed you were in an accident" when you weren t). I have been registered with TPS for nearly 2 yrs so by these idiots ringing my mobile ... they broke the law. I filed a complaint with ICO. She was a very well spoken English young lady.

This number called 3 times today someone claiming to be Dave from Windows Technical. We hung up first time then my wife answered and said thank you for your concern and how kind he was for notifying her there was a problem she would take the computer into the shop. Third time I answered and he said my computer ewas at risk as it had been hacked and my life could be in danger. I received a missed call from +44 777172193, it was not a number I recognised. I called it back, it rang twice before cutting off to a long tone. I have blocked it!

Male called and said I owed money on a NEWDAY credit card linked to my amazon account. I had taken the offer of getting a card via getting a 20% discount on an item but never activated the card. He reeled of items purchased for certain dates. Funny enough, all those payments had already come out of my own Visa card not theirs. Also, the only card visible for payments on my amazon account is my own. And the call was promptly ended.... BE AWARE AND DO NOT GET ROPED IN!!!
