SCAM / SPAM Aisian sounding male, calling himself Jack, phoned. And said he was from Amazon Prime. 01621854369. We have had a lot of calls supposedly from Amazon Prime, in the past 3 weeks. Most were recorded voices. We are not with Amazon Prime. We are with TPS, and are ex directory. Can be reported to ico.org.uk

I m so glad i Googled the number while talking to this lovely lady, yes all fair and well it might a great deal and for a worthy cause but I m already giving to my own choice of charity so was not prepared to risk 79.99 being taken from my account should i miss the cut off point or they take it earlier than stated. Fraud - outstanding payment due. (For a card type I don't have!).
Over the last two weeks there have been a number of High Wycombe calls, which are trying to con you about Amazon prime, silence, or a annoying hiss. This particular call is an annoying hiss. I have collected about 16 numbers in this time period of the same ilk.

Fraud - recorded message pretending to be from the national crime agency... issues about my national insurance number and said that I could be arrested. Absolutely rubbish.
Wanted to talk about investments... Not sure if it was a scam. But sure as hell was annoying.
Rehan Ali was recommended and everything went through smoothly. I did get confused with accessing my account as I tried to do it through British Gas online, who kept saying they did not have a record of me, eventually I twigged that I access the account through Britishgaslite.co.uk not British Gas. We are now waiting for a smart meter to be fitted. I have been given a date and a time rather than a day or half day slot, I just need to see if they turn up, but so far 5 star rating.
Phoned my Scottish ex-directory number which is screened by an ansaphone but no message left.
Recorded message saying bank of Scotland credit card was being used and to press a button to respond.!
