Definitely a scam, tried to inquire about something to do with housing and when I explained this was a work number, became very rude and argumentative. Background noise was like a call centre, with lots of people talking.

Wanted me to load an app on my phone so she could show me what the issue was with the router. Not happening I said. Got accused of arguing with her.
